  • Bone, muscle and joint pain - Problems with bones, joints, nerves and muscles are often grouped together and called musculoskeletal conditions. Musculoskeletal is often shortened to MSK. Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has developed this website Move Better Gwent (nhs.wales) to support the community of Gwent to understand common muscle, joint and bone concerns and what can be done to help. There is a lot more to understand about musculoskeletal health than the area where you may feel pain. We have designed a three-step approach to help you understand your options and encourage you to think about everything that might be affecting you.

You will find lots of information and advice on making positive healthy choices to not only help keep you mentally and physically well but also help prevent and improve musculoskeletal conditions. You can also find information that is more relevant to particular areas of the body.

If you need it, you can complete a form online or over the phone to ask for further help.
